Our Grooming Policies
Late Arrivals
If you're over 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $10 late fee will be added to your groom (unless prior arrangements were made).
Late Pick-Ups
If you're over an hour late picking up your dog after you've received a call that he/she is finished, you will be charged $10/hour. This begins one hour after the phone call has been made (unless prior arrangements were made).
No Shows & Cancellations
No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) are subject to being charged half of the service with the card on file. Prepayment for some will be required before another appointment is booked. We understand there may be emergency situations and will work with you, but not on a continued basis. Please be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business, and another client could have taken your appointment if we had known.
Flea Treatment
If the dog is brought in with fleas we will automatically do a flea bath on them, which is a $7 upcharge. The bath is NOT meant to prevent fleas, it will only kill the ones on them at the time of service. We are not responsible if the get fleas again after leaving and we always recommend that you get a preventative after your service.
